I’m tired. It can be overwhelming to even keep up with the news of the day that is so full of; “These are the last days and Jesus is coming any day now!” headlines. But, that is not what is making me tired. It is the in fighting and placing some over others in the family of God because “they are date setting” or “they are not as educated” or “they are dabbling in astrology” etc., etc., etc. It has been to the point that I have stopped listening to some teachers and pastors and fellow believers channels because of the in fighting and insinuations. It is just exhausting and heartbreaking that we all can not just be on the same page or simply agree to disagree without having to grand stand the thoughts about it all.
As long as we all agree on the Gospel: …that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures…~ 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 and that …God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. ~ Ephesians 2:4-9 then that is all that truly matters.
Each of us can watch the way we feel led to do so. Now, I don’t agree on being dogmatic about a specific day by saying that it can be no other day but, there is nothing wrong with specific time frames for HIGH watches. Not to mention that looking up at the Mazzaroth (God’s story to us in the stars he created for us to look at) is NOT astrology and not a problem. As one watch-person stated by me paraphrasing it: Thank the Lord the Magi did not know they were not supposed to look at the stars when they were looking for the birth of Jesus.
Now, after giving it much thought, I realized how the enemy is using this. Now, by being so fed up, I am missing out on the other things these others in the body of Christ have to offer. There are some solid teachers out there who offer solid teachings. So, I’m doing the same thing they are by choosing to separate and miss out on great information from another member of the body of Christ who was blessed in a different way than another because one chooses to watch differently than another. Now, I don’t agree with the actions but, after a short time of allowing the steam dissipate, I’ll go back to the teachings in hopes that these people will drop the “they are stupid but I am not” because of differing watching for the Lord techniques.
Ok, I have rambled on long enough. Now, I have not felt led to post so much and to just keep watch but, this 7 minutes lit a fire under me so I am at least sharing this right now. Enjoy annnnnnnd, KEEP LOOKING UP AND WATCHING!!!! It truly is ANY DAY NOW!!!!
